5 Betting Rules

Jazzbet has separate rules for Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and fish games. The following general rules apply to all categories:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Abnormal results caused by technical errors will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jazzbet is not responsible for connection issues during live betting.

• Bets identified as being connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jazzbet. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Use of third-party payment methods or attempts to launder money.
• Using software or bots to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

10 Terms & Conditions Changes & Updates

Jazzbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.
• Users will be notified by SMS or in-app notification of any significant changes.
• If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
